Accessibility
Everyone should be able to take part. This platform is built to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard and tested with keyboards and screen readers.
How the site is built
Every control works from the keyboard with a visible focus indicator. Forms announce errors next to the field. Maps offer a list of places you can choose instead of tapping. Charts include a table view. Text can be resized to 200 percent without losing content, and motion is reduced when your device asks for it.
Languages
Project materials are available in English, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese on request, and you can choose the language for email updates when you sign up.
Meetings
Online meetings include live captions. Interpreters, translated documents and other accommodations for in-person meetings are arranged when requested at least three business days in advance.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site does not work for you, write to engage@example.org or call the project team. Include the page and what you were trying to do, and we will respond within two business days.
